With the ingredients that we use, we take you on a trip through Italy.

Our pizzas are made from athehigh-quality Caputo-00 flour from the manufacturer Caputo, from Naples. The tomato sauce is made from Muttis finely crushed tomatoes, which come from the Parma region. It is a unique product because it is a mixture of finely crushed tomatoes and real tomato juice, which we season ourselves.

Each pizza cheese is specially adapted for the pizza market with a balanced salt content and mild taste, which does not take over the flavors from other ingredients.

The province of Parma in Italy is a producer of many of our raw materials, including our genuine Parma ham. Our Parma ham contains no additives other than Sicilian sea salt. Parma ham is air-dried and stored for at least one year, in tightly controlled temperature and humidity. The Parma ham is stamped with a five-pointed ducal crown and provided with a date seal where every step of the process can be traced, from slaughter to inspection.

The quality of our raw materials in combination with over 20 years of experience in the industry gives you a unique and tasty experience.

Now we leave Italy to return to wonderful Beddinge. We have encountered both young and older people whose childhood contains happy memories associated with the old kiosk that we have now built into a restaurant. Here we have something for everyone, a coffee in a relaxing environment with, among other things, fountains and flowers or a cozy sanctuary for the new lovers.
